Return Policy

We’re excited about your interest in Cordivari’s beautiful designer radiators and towel warmers, and we hope that you’re equally excited to receive yours! At Callison + Co., we’re proud to represent Cordivari s.r.l. in providing radiators that are made exactly to your specifications, ensuring that you get the perfect size and configuration to fit your space. With so many options available, your radiator is made specifically for you. So, to ensure your complete satisfaction we would like to inform you about our no return policy, and, of course, the exceptions to the policy. 

  1. Customization Process: All our radiators and towel warmers are meticulously crafted according to your specific requirements. Once an order is placed and sent in for production we cannot make changes or cancel the order.
  2. Quality Assurance: Cordivari is heavily invested in delivering products of the highest quality. Before shipping, each radiator undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure it meets their standards. It is equally important to us at Callison + Co. that your experience through designing, selecting and purchasing your designer radiator matches the quality of your radiator.
  3. Order Confirmation: Before finalizing your order, please review all details carefully, including product specifications, size, color choices and pipe configuration. Once the order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
  4. 3 Day Cooling Off: We understand impulse buying and the ever-changing world of design. So, we won’t submit your order for fabrication for three days from the date and time of your purchase.  During this three-day period you may change or cancel your order for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 72 hours (not including weekends or US holidays). A request for change or cancellation must be submitted by email to hello@callisonco.com and include the order number.
  5. Exceptions: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service at 425.298.5059 or by email at hello@callisonco.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. A full refund will be issued as long as the following requirements are met:
    1. A written notice is received by email to hello@callisonco.com. (Feel free to call us as well, but we need the documentation)
    2. Pictures are sent to hello@callisonco.com of the damaged packaging (before opening) and/or the damaged product after opening.
    3. You Receive a reply from Callison + Co. replied with a written confirmation that the radiator has been damaged or has not been made to the specifications selected by you at the time of purchase.
    4. Callison + Co. receives the radiator back without additional damage.
      1. Along with confirmation of damage or defect we will email you a return DHL label. Please pack the item in its original packaging and secure it as much as possible. Securely place the label on the package and contact us for a pick-up date and instructions.
    5. Upon receipt of the item, Callison + Co. will issue a full refund within 24 hours (not including weekends or holidays).
    6. OR, if you really want your radiator, just not damaged or defective, please let us know and rather than issuing a refund we will expedite a replacement order prior to receiving the returned item.

By placing your order for a Cordivari radiator or towel warmer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our no return policy as outlined above. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
